The venue

Since 2022, “Vassilenas Blue” is our island outpost in Antiparos, a charming little island of the Cyclades. This up-and-coming destination that so well embodies the sophisticated and laid-back spirit of “Vassilenas” becomes our second home during the summer season.

We operate from an idyllic seaside spot, perched over the sea, literally overlooking the azure waters of Chora and its port. This is where we share our modern take of Greek cuisine and our passion for food, wine, and relaxed hospitality. Award-winning comfort cuisine, breathtaking views, and a serene ambiance from early in the morning till late into the starry night!

Breakfast, brunch, lunch and more

By day, our guests, sheltered from the sun, bask in the soft, natural light while enjoying a leisurely breakfast or brunch infused with Greek flavors and featuring a large array of local products and homemade recipes.

As the day progresses, the setting transforms into an ideal spot for a coffee, light lunch or refreshing cocktails, all while overlooking the picturesque port of Antiparos, with its charming yachts and little boats.

A feast of award-winning flavors

As the evening approaches, “Vassilenas Blue” becomes what it is celebrated for: one of the most innovative and tastier places where one can dine in Greece. We offer a creative Greek cuisine focused on fish and seafood, inspired by traditional recipes rendered in a refreshingly modern way. You will be able to taste many of our signature dishes like the iconic taramosalata fish-roe spread, the orzo pasta with prawns, smoked tomato and basil or the amberjack with pan-fried greens, black-eyed beans and chorizo.

Fish and seafood specials like grouper cheeks spaghetti are added to the menu daily while others such as the traditional fish soup with fresh fish can be prepared to order.

And why not pair your meal with an excellent volcanic Assyrtiko from Santorini or another of our 100 labels? Our qualified sommelier will propose the proper wine from a large selection from mainly Greek winemakers, including several Santorini gems as well as local labels and varieties. At “Vassilenas Blue”, every meal is a celebration of the senses!

At “Vassilenas Blue”, we pride ourselves on our zero-waste fish and seafood gastronomy concept.

We have introduced a head-to-tail signature menu where every part of the catch is utilized, from fin to tail, creating a sustainable dining experience that honors both the ingredients and the environment.

This is the culmination of several years of research and experimentation, and at the same time an ongoing project that we develop day-by-day. Come and join us!

Private Cheffing
We undertake the creation of a special dinner at your place, anywhere in Antiparos. Depending on your needs, our team may consist of the chef, cooks, waiters and cleaning staff.
