  Fish-roe spread, crispy Arabic pitta bread
• Tuna tartare
  avocado, seaweed, Granny Smith apple
• Grilled squid
  “Tsigareli”-style pan-fried greens with cuttlefish ink, mixed pulses salad, chorizo
• Fish kebab
  aubergine salad, grilled plum tomato, harissa
• Crispy cod
  garlic-potato paste with Greek peanut, grilled beetroot
• Braised veal
  orzo pasta, “Arseniko” PDO cheese
• Dessert of the day
